Ordering Questions
We currently ship to Canada and the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska for the time being.
You can change your order by emailing us at support@divona.co if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will need to return the item before being able to use the credit of the purchase towards another product.
We partner with the US Postal Service and the major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 3-5 business days within the US from when you order. Shipments to Canada can typically take 5-7 business days. Tracking your package is available through visiting your profile or using the Shipping Confirmation email once we have processed your order. If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at support@divona.co. We’re here to help.
Yes! But this option is not available via our website yet. Email us at support@divona.co and we’ll work with you to rush your order.
Please contact support@divona.co with your order and tracking number at your earliest convenience. We want to ensure you get your package so we will research the issue with the mail carrier and either 1.) track down the old package or 2.) send a new package.
We absolutely love the products we make, and we hope you do, too. There are no returns on sample shipments, but if you're unhappy for any reason, just contact us at support@divona.co, and we’ll take care of you.

All of our fragrances meet the IFRA ingredient standards. Our formulas don’t contain any parabens, phthalates, or dyes, and we are proudly cruelty-free.
Care Package Questions
It depends on you, the empowered voter! You get to decide, but generally our packages are around $250. We know that in order to make an impact on the lives of these struggling women, we need to give them care packages containing items and tools that will help them.

Items for the package range from:
  • Basic necessities to support a reintroduction into the real world (such as warm socks, body lotion, shampoo, hand soap, therapy, etc.)
  • Comforts to inspire survivors on their journey to self-love (such as gratitude workbooks, journals, bracelets, tea, candles, etc.)
  • We couldn't do any of this without the support of our incredible partners! We encourage our customers to visit our Non-Profit Organizations and Care Package Suppliers pages (with links) to discover more about them and donate in an effort to further their positive impact in women's lives!
    As survivors of abuse and trauma, we felt it was crucial to support women facing challenges.

    With each perfume purchase, $2 is applied to a care package that supports women in need.

    Each item in the care package comes from one of our partnering brands. These companies directly support women in a variety of ways. Some hire abused women, thereby supporting them with wages. Some educate women through nonprofit programs, enabling them to grow and change their path. And some work directly with impoverished communities, helping to thrive.

    This is what we love to call the “ripple effect of empowerment”. It means that when you vote on items you wish to see in the care package, you are supporting brands that help many women, making your single purchase the start of a ripple effect for thousands of women.
