You can change your order by emailing us at email@example.com if the order has not been shipped. If the order has been shipped, you will need to return the item before being able to use the credit of the purchase towards another product.
We partner with the US Postal Service and the major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 3-5 business days within the US from when you order. Shipments to Canada can typically take 5-7 business days. Tracking your package is available through visiting your profile or using the Shipping Confirmation email once we have processed your order. Please contact your local post office. We are unable to contact your postal carrier for you. If you've already heard back from your post office, please contact email@example.com with your order and tracking number at your earliest convenience.
