Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Canada and the United States, with the exception of Hawaii and Alaska for the time being.


Can I change my order after I paid for it?
You can change your order by emailing us at support@divona.co if the order has not been shipped.  If the order has been shipped, you will need to return the item before being able to use the credit of the purchase towards another product.
 

How long before I receive my order?
We partner with the US Postal Service and the major parcel carriers to get your products to you quickly. That typically takes about 3-5 business days within the US from when you order. Shipments to Canada can typically take 5-7 business days.  Tracking your package is available through visiting your profile or using the Shipping Confirmation email once we have processed your order.  If for some reason you're having trouble receiving or finding your order, please email us at support@divona.co.

What should I do if my tracking number says my parcel was delivered or lost?
Please contact your local post office. We are unable to contact your postal carrier for you. If you've already heard back from your post office, please contact support@divona.co with your order and tracking number at your earliest convenience.  
     

What is your return policy?
We absolutely love the products we make, and we hope you do, too. There are no returns on sample shipments, but if you're unhappy for any reason, just contact us at support@divona.co, and we’ll take care of you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept Paypal and Google Pay express checkout options.

Where do you make your perfumes?

What are the ingredients in your perfumes?

All of our fragrances meet the IFRA ingredient standards. Our formulas don’t contain any parabens, phthalates, or dyes, and we are proudly vegan and cruelty-free.
